Our office is very conveniently located...only a few minutes walk from the Hilton & PIC hotels, which are on the south end of "Hotel Row" in Tumon. We are directly across the street from Ypao Park, which has a beautiful, sand beach, and hosts numerous cultural festivals & concerts.  In calm conditions, an excellent beach dive (Gun Beach) is only a few minutes away by car.....Hawksbill turtles are commonly seen, and once in a while sharks and mantas as well.
